that damn interweb
so, i googled myself. i’ll make no apologies for that. it’s dorky, but i was curious. So, this site is there, and my work for Business book review, and some other random stuff for Oz magazine, but the most interesting thing is this:
http://www.bsu.edu/libraries/virtualpress/student/honorstheses/author_list.asp
the list is hard to navigate - but search my name, and then, if you’re interested in what I did in my last semester at ball state, download the pdf next to it.
It’s my honors thesis from ball state. Well, part of it anyway. I created, in Authorware (version, i don’t know, .2 or something), an interactive, graphic-laden digital teaching tool for high school english instructors. The program itelf isn’t there, but the lesson plans and description are. Apparently - and I had forgotten this - when i finished my thesis, and turned it in, I also was required to submit a copy to the Ball State Llibrary for cataloging. And Ball State has now entered the digital age and put its card catalog online.
i’m floored by this.
and by the fact that i used Comic Sans for the titles on the document.
oh how far i have come.
